Established hospital and practice looking to add another Obstetrics and Gynecology physician to their team or 2 in Eastern North Carolina. Current OBGYNs physicians are generating over 10,000 wRVUs a year, there is big money to be made here. Position: Join an established practice with 2 other OBGYNs, 5 nurses, call support, and all hospital specialties Call is 1:4, shared wRVUs model with other docs, and extra call can be taken for $800 a shift Current hospital is performing 400 deliveries a year and are a level II nursery Will be officed in a MOB with 35 other providers, fulltime sonographer, and MFM and NICU support team from sister location 117 bed hospital acute care hospital with 20 medical specialties on site Compensation and Benefits: Base salary, guaranteed production bonus year 1, quality incentives and more give you the ability to earn over $500,000 a year $50,000-$80,00 sign on bonus or more based on years of commitment, up to $10,000 in relocation allowance, and $5,000 in CME a year 401k with match, 457b, medical, dental and life insurance provided Location: Historic community embracing progress while preserving its storied past Located in northeastern North Carolina 30 minutes from Greenville, NC, 1 hour from Raleigh, NC, and 2 hours from the coast of North Carolina County of 70,000 and service area of over 100,000 Please let me know if this position is of interest.
