Compensation Specialist

Overview: We are seeking a dynamic HR professional to support compensation programs and processes during an HR transformation project. This role provides broad exposure to HR operations, including compensation strategy, job evaluations, and annual review administration. Experience with CompAnalyst, SAP, and SuccessFactors is a plus. Key Responsibilities: Support implementation of compensation philosophy, policies, and programs. Administer annual compensation review and merit increase processes, including data coordination and reporting. Review wages and salaries for policy compliance and evaluate positions/classifications. Manage additional compensation programs (stipends, lump sum pay) and generate summary reports. Conduct job evaluations for salaried, hourly, and management positions. Skills & Qualifications: Knowledge of compensation, performance, and rewards programs. Experience with salary surveys and compensation research. Strong analytical, quantitative, and research skills. Familiarity with federal and state employment laws (FLSA, ADA, EEO, etc.). Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP, SuccessFactors, and CompAnalyst preferred. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Education & Certification: Bachelor’s degree required; CCP or similar certification preferred. Minimum 4 years HR experience in compensation or as HR Generalist. Job Type: Contract Pay: $29.66 - $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 37.5 per week Work Location: Hybrid remote in White Plains, NY 10601
