The Speech Language Pathologist will assess, diagnose, and treat communication disorders for pediatric clients. Responsibilities include evaluating, developing personalized therapy plans, implementing treatment strategies, maintaining accurate progress records, and collaborating with families and other professionals to ensure optimal outcomes. The role requires upholding the highest standards of client care and staying updated on evidence-based practices in the field.QualificationsStrong ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teamsMaster’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related fieldValid licensure or certification to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist in MassachusettsCommitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered carePrior experience working with pediatric clients
