Job Title: Corporate AttorneyLocation: In OfficePosition Overview:Overview:We are seeking an experienced Corporate Attorney to serve in a senior, in-house role supporting leadership across employment, compliance, and business matters. This position is ideal for a practical, business-minded attorney who enjoys being closely involved with the organization and providing day-to-day legal guidance beyond traditional contract work.Key Responsibilities:• Serve as primary legal counsel for the organization• Advise leadership on employment law, workplace policies, and compliance• Support PEO relationships and employment-related agreements• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, vendor agreements, and internal policies• Guide compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws• Support employee-related matters, investigations, and policy interpretation• Coordinate with outside counsel as needed• Provide practical, risk-aware legal guidance aligned with business needsQualifications:• JD from an accredited law school• Active Florida bar license in good standing• Strong background in employment and HR-related law• Experience with PEOs or similar employment structures preferred• Excellent contract drafting and negotiation skills• Strong judgment and communication skills
