About the Opportunity:The Project Coordinator - AUTOM SYS SUP Remote is responsible for ensuring seamless IT production operations related to revenue cycle processes. This position plays a key role in maintaining uninterrupted IT services by provisioning access, performing scheduled tasks, monitoring automated processes, and serving as a liaison between IT support teams and operational units.3. Responsibilities:• Provision access to payor websites.• Perform scheduled IT production tasks.• Monitor automated processes to prevent service disruptions.• Act as liaison to system support resources for operational teams.• Execute basic ad-hoc IT tasks as needed.4. Requirements:• Minimum of 5 years general office experience.• At least 3 years of healthcare revenue cycle experience.• Proven organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.• Preferred: Associate''s Degree in Business, Healthcare, or related field or equivalent education and experience.5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:• Pay ranges vary by location, with specific minimum and maximum hourly rates detailed for regions in California, Oregon, and Washington.• Placement within the wage range depends on experience and other relevant factors.• Additional compensation may include shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonuses.6.
