OverviewManage current programs & new projects to completion: categorically from initiation to customer fulfilment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve projects milestones and deliverables to meet or exceed customers' requirements and expectations.Job Requirements:Establish and nurture strategic relationships with customers to understand their needs and expectations .Provide support for day-to-day operations and shipments, ensuring customer satisfactionCollaborate and coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve delivery commitments and meet customers' scorecards, On Time Delivery targets, and inventory goalsWork closely with teams to address challenges and ensure timely project completion .Review customer demand forecasts and conduct risk assessments to manage potential constraints/challenges and resolve material supply constraints to support customer requirements.Monitor program and project activities, ensuring effective communication and facilitating on-schedule and within-budget completion.Compile reports for management review to provide insights into program progressManage backlog and prioritize customer needs while identifying new business opportunitiesAllocate resources effectively to ensure seamless operations and successful program executionAnalyze data and compile reports for management review, offering valuable insights and recommendationsUndertake any other related program or project management tasks assigned by supervisors .Job RequirementsMinimum Degree in Engineering or related fieldPossess 10+ years of relevant experience in Program Management and Planning, preferably within Semiconductor-related industriesDemonstrate excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and problem-solving skillsDisplay the ability to perform effectively in a multitasking environment under pressurePossess strong communication and presentation skillsCertified Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plusProficiency in basic reporting tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, and MacrosKnowledgeable in MRP, Oracle, and Agile systems .
