The Senior Lead Commercial HVAC Installer is a dedicated professional committed to ongoing growth and contribution. We are seeking a skilled and dependable lead-level installer who takes pride in maintaining clean work environments, organizing projects efficiently, communicating effectively, and ensuring that tasks are completed to the highest standards. This person will be responsible for leading and performing high-quality HVAC installations on commercial and light commercial projects, with some residential work as needed. You will help plan and execute installations, coordinate with team members, communicate with customers and supervisors, and make sure each job is completed safely, professionally, and to Anchor's standards.Our installation team works on a variety of residential, commercial, and light commercial HVAC projects, including:SchoolsChurchesOffice buildingsRetail spacesMedical officesLight commercial facilitiesEquipment replacementsRetrofit installationsNew construction installationsDesign-build and custom installation projectsThe right candidate should be comfortable working in both commercial and residential environments and should be able to lead jobs with professionalism, organization, and attention to detail.Responsibilities and DutiesLead commercial HVAC installation projects from initiation to completion.Install HVAC equipment, ductwork, refrigerant piping, controls, accessories, and related system components.Participate in retrofit, replacement, and new construction installation jobs.Review and interpret job layouts, plans, scopes of work, and installation instructions.Coordinate effectively with the warehouse, installation team, project managers, and other colleagues.Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site environment.Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, supervisors, and team members.Assist in training and mentoring helpers and junior installers.Address field challenges proactively while maintaining project timelines.Follow all company safety standards and installation procedures.Qualifications7-10 years of HVAC field installation experience preferredCommercial HVAC installation experience requiredResidential HVAC installation experience strongly preferredRetrofit and new construction experience preferredAbility to lead a crew and work independentlyStrong communication and customer service skillsClean, professional work habitsAbility to work flexible hours and overtime as neededAbility to travel daily to jobs throughout the metro Atlanta areaMust pass background security checkMust pass MVR checkEPA Certification preferredNATE certification preferred
