Marketing Support

Job DescriptionThe Marketing Support role is responsible for executing and delivering all contracted marketing services for clients. This includes building, activating, and launching email and print reminders, as well as email and print campaigns. The role also provides support to the True Retention Sales team and ensures all product deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule. Additionally, this position collaborates closely with internal teams to ensure all projects align with client goals and company standards.Key Responsibilities Support the Sales team in executing True Retention and Direct Mail campaigns Build and activate True Retention reminder sets Provide quarterly performance insights and strategic recommendations Participate in customer calls alongside the Sales team, as needed Ensure all product deliverables are completed accurately and on time Collaborate with internal teams to meet project goals and client expectations Effectively manage workload and prioritize deadlinesRequirementsStrong ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasksHighly organized and detail-orientedAble to follow established processes with accuracyStrong critical thinking skills, including process improvement and deadline managementExcellent communication and collaboration skillsBenefitsBenefitsWe strive to offer an environment that provides our associates with the right balance between work and family.
