Nursing Manager

Manage, direct and coordinate the overall health care services for Lumibility. Ensure services are in compliance with agency policies and all regulatory requirements. Supervise and train all staff. Promote community awareness of agency services. Hours: 40 hours/week M-F Exempt Location: Wallingford This position will be based in Wallingford, CT, however travel will be required to other locations if needed. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Direct and coordinate the administration of health care services for Lumibility to ensure compliance with all agency policies and regulatory requirements. Provide overall supervision of assigned staff by ensuring effective hiring, training, scheduling and performance evaluation. Oversee and monitor contracts for nursing services.
