LumaDent is currently seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Sales Representative to join our growing team. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who are driven by performance, motivated by income potential, and interested in building a long-term career in sales within the dental industry.
Position Overview
As a Sales Representative at LumaDent, you will be responsible for developing new business, expanding relationships within an assigned territory, and representing the LumaDent brand with professionalism and credibility. This role requires a strong sales mindset, independence, and the discipline to manage a full sales cycle from prospecting to close. A genuine ambition for sales success is essential.
Compensation Structure
Initial 3-Month Advance: The position begins with a guaranteed advance for the first three months to support onboarding, training, and territory ramp-up.
Commission-Only Thereafter: After the initial three-month period, compensation transitions to a commission-only structure with uncapped earning potential. Earnings are directly tied to individual performance.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect, develop, and close new business within an assigned territory
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with dental professionals and offices
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and follow-ups
Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and activity expectations
Manage territory planning, scheduling, and follow-through independently
Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions
Represent LumaDent at meetings, trainings, and industry events as needed
Ideal Candidate Profile
Demonstrates clear ambition for a career in sales and performance-based earnings
Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working independently
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Confident operating in a commission-driven compensation structure
Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) background or experience in the dental field is a plus, but not required
Coachable, eager to learn, and receptive to feedback and training

Pay: $50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
