The Vice President will be responsible for preparing and delivering presentations, coordinating internal and external resources for due diligence, and assisting in the execution of M&A transactions, with a focus on buy-side M&A. Strong closed M&A deal experience is essential, as is the ability to conduct extensive industry, market, and company-specific research and to build and maintain client relations.
