About the job Construction Laborer Overview:Autonomy Staffing is seeking dependable and hardworking Construction Laborers to support our clients projects across the Seattle metro area. Projects may range from site preparation to assisting trades on both residential and commercial jobs.Key Responsibilities:Assist with general construction tasks such as site cleanup, material handling, and basic demolitionLoad and unload building materials and toolsOperate hand tools and power tools safely under supervisionSupport carpenters, equipment operators, and other skilled trades as neededFollow directions from site supervisors and adhere to safety guidelinesMaintain cleanliness and organization of job sitesPerform physical labor in varying weather conditions and terrainQualifications:Previous construction or general labor experience preferred but not requiredStrong work ethic and willingness to learnAbility to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasksMust have reliable transportation to and from job sitesStandard PPE required (hard hat, safety vest, work boots, etc.)Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a teamPreferred:OSHA 10 certificationExperience using hand and power toolsFamiliarity with construction site safety protocolsCompensation:Competitive hourly pay depending on experience.
