Director of Accounting

Our client, a leading commercial real estate company, located in Red Bank, NJ is looking to hire a Director of Accounting to join their team. Real Estate experience required. $165k-$190k plus bonus.Requirements/Responsibilities:10-15 years of relevant real estate accounting experienceExperience with Yardi SoftwareOversee and manage daily accounting functions across multiple real estate entities and propertiesEnsure integrity of financial statements, reconciliations, and reporting specific to real estate operationsMaintain and enhance internal controls and accounting procedures across a multi-entity environmentManage day to day accounting of outsourced 3rd party vendorServe as a key leader within the accounting department, aligning team with company goalsLead budgeting and forecasting across multiple properties and entities
