Supply Chain Coordinator

Job Description: Manage the full lifecycle of supply planning and purchase order execution for accessories and replacement parts Coordinate with Engineering and Contract Manufacturers to create new SKUs and lead daily Clear-To-Build calls Manage inbound shipments from global suppliers, including freight booking and tracking Partner with Finance to resolve PO discrepancies and confirm Incoterms Conduct weekly analysis of supply changes to present to Demand Planners Requirements: High degree of comfort navigating ERP environments (ideally NetSuite) Ability to translate a demand forecast into a tactical supply plan Solid grasp of international shipping nuances, including Incoterms and freight quoting Natural collaborator able to communicate with diverse departments Proactive problem solver able to propose solutions for supply gaps Operational agility balancing strategy and day-to-day tasks Benefits: Comprehensive and competitive benefits package Performance bonuses Equity Full range of medical, financial, and other perks and benefits
