Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse PractitionerDeer Oaks Behavioral Health Long-Term Care Clinical ServicesIn this role, you will be assigned to a facility or facilities in your local community, allowing you to build meaningful connections with the individuals you serve. You will have the opportunity to conduct in-person psychiatric assessments, medication management, and implementing Medicare compliant gradual dose reduction strategies for psychotropic medications.
