Online Adjunct Psychology Instructor

A company is looking for an Adjunct Faculty member to teach Introduction to Psychology in an online campus setting. Key Responsibilities Instruct the Introduction to Psychology course, focusing on foundational concepts of human behavior, cognition, and development Facilitate an engaging asynchronous learning environment with scheduled synchronous sessions for community building Implement restorative pedagogical practices and utilize First-Year Experience supports to enhance student engagement and success Required Qualifications A minimum of a Master's degree in Psychology; a Doctoral degree is preferred Proven experience teaching in an online, asynchronous environment Experience mentoring first-year and first-generation college students Documented awareness of First-Year Experience frameworks or student success initiatives Specialized training and practical experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools in education
