This role supports accounting and administrative functions across two affiliated companies and is ideal for candidates with experience in Accounts Payable (AP), bookkeeping, and accounting systemsThis is a great opportunity for someone seeking a full-time accounting role with the potential to transition into a full-time, permanent positionKey ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle Accounts Payable (AP) (invoice entry, coding, vendor payments) Enter and maintain sales estimates within the ERP system (NetSuite) Own and manage corporate credit card reconciliations, including tracking receipts Assist with monthly 1099 contractor payments and crew settlement processes Maintain accurate financial records and accounting data entryProvide general office and administrative support as needed Support HR administrative tasks, including onboarding paperwork and issuing contracts Qualifications2+ years of experience in Accounting, Bookkeeping, or Accounts PayableExperience with ERP systems (QuickBooks, NetSuite, Sage, or similar) Strong knowledge of AP processes, reconciliations, and expense trackingExperience with 1099 processing and contractor payments preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google SheetsStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities Preferred Background Accounting Specialist / Bookkeeper / AP Specialist / Staff AccountantExperience supporting multiple entities or companiesFamiliarity with paperless/digital accounting systemsExposure to HR admin or office support functionsWhy Apply?Temp-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential Flexible full-time schedule (40 hours/week)Opportunity to work with a growing Seattle-based organizationGain hands-on experience with ERP systems, AP processes, and 1099 accountingSupportive and collaborative team environment Role offers competitive compensation and benefits on both the temporary and permanent stages of the role.
