Project Assistant – Communications
Job Description: Provide high-level administrative support to the Communications teamManage and coordinate schedules for the SVP and other team membersTrack news coverage and compile daily press clipsManage meeting logistics for virtual and in-person eventsPrepare materials for meetings and eventsTake notes at meetings and track follow-up tasksMaintain up-to-date contact listsDraft correspondence and other materialsFormat, proofread, and fact check communications materialsSet up and maintain file systems and work stream trackersCollaborate on logistics and materials for organization-wide eventsRequirements: Bachelor's degreeAt least 1+ years of relevant work experienceExperience providing project or administrative supportProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)Strong organizational and administrative skillsSelf-motivation with ability to work independentlyAbility to work under pressureStrong critical thinking and problem solving skillsStrong written and communications skillsProfessionalism and diplomacy in interactionsAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentWillingness to work some evenings and weekendsMust commit to 10-15% travel timeBenefits: 100% employer-paid health, vision, and dental plansMatching retirement plans
