The Sales Specialist travels to various Belmont Village communities for extended on-site Sales support working collaboratively with the local Community Relations Sales team to help achieve and maintain occupancy goals in the community. Supported by our experienced Regional and Corporate teams, the Sales Specialist helps cultivate a culture of collaboration and excellence. If you have Senior Living sales experience with a strong record of occupancy growth, we'd love to connect with you!Your Typical ResponsibilitiesWorks collaboratively with Community Relations Sales teams to achieve and maintain occupancy at or above the budgeted census level.Assists with on-boarding and training of new Community Relations Sales ProfessionalsUnderstands and demonstrates a strategic approach to sales and marketing with proven success in occupancy growth and advancing sales relationships towards move-in.Assists with opening of newly constructed Belmont Village communitiesMaintains an accurate and thorough proprietary lead database with daily strategic usePlans, organizes, and participates in marketing events to promote Belmont Village Senior LivingWorks collaboratively with the community management team and corporate support teamsKnowledgeable in all features, advantages, and benefits of the Belmont Village community, and effectively tours and presents the same to customersUnderstands and has the ability to articulate the Belmont Village services, programs, and pricing policies to customersMinimum QualificationsAssociates Degree or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferredMinimum of 3 years of prior leasing or sales experience with at least 1 year of sales experience in senior living, assisted living, hospitality or related field.Demonstrated ability to establish long-term relationships and work collaboratively in a team oriented environmentMust be able to communicate clearly in verbal and written EnglishMS Office experience and ability to use database CRM softwareAbility to travel extensively including extended overnight staysAbility to work flexible schedule in a 24 hour operation including weekendsConsistent and reliable attendance is essential for all Belmont Village employees to ensure the successful operation of the communityMust successfully complete State and FBI background check, TB test, drug test and health screening for this positionPlease note that the above Responsibilities and Qualifications provide a general overview of the primary duties for this role and the basic qualifications.
