Principal Software Engineer

Overview In this role you will take a hands-on leadership position within the Open Lake House team, shaping a distributed data platform that manages and optimises Apache Iceberg tables at scale. You will drive architectural decisions, implement core engine capabilities, and own production reliability for enterprise-grade data infrastructure. You’ll collaborate with engineers, architects, product, QA, DevOps, and support to improve scalability, performance, and maintainability.
