Let\'s see if you\'re a good fit for this role! Processesdaily/monthly cash receipts and prepares bank deposit. Reviews postedreceipts for accuracy and ensures corrections, if applicable. Processesreturned checks and bank drafts as needed. Accurately processes allchildcare and camp registrations in software and maintains billingfiles. Verifies registration files and communicates with parents tocollect documentation as needed. Updates changes to billing files asneeded. Responsible for the timely and accurate billing administrationof childcare voucher system. Serves as the primary liaison to thirdparty agencies, as assigned. Updates changes to registrations as needed.Distributes timely and accurate accounts receivable reports todepartment directors and other relevant parties. Communicates receivablenotices weekly. Manages and ensures accurate and timely processing ofall aspects related to bank draft information. Supports the centralizedfinancial aid processing system. Works with directors to ensure accurateand timely processing of all financial aid applications. Processes,tracks and maintains recordkeeping for all refunds and credits in atimely manner. Processes office petty cash account reconciliation andreplenishes, as assigned. Assists with quarterly and year-end generalledger account and bank reconciliations and creates journal entries, asassigned. Responds in a friendly, efficient, and timely manner to allinquiries. Requirements Education and Experience: High school/GED degreeRequired With Some College Preferred. One Year Of Bookkeepingexperience. Experience in data entry with working knowledge ofspreadsheets. Knowledge of general ledger and accounting functionspreferred. Proficient in all standard business software, excel, word,outlook, business math, and data entry; Microsoft Office preferred.Experience in managing multiple tasks effectively and efficiently.Certifications, Licensures, and Registrations: Other Requirements:Strong customer service and relationship building skills. ExcellentHuman Relation, Organization, And Communication Skills.
