Deployment Engineer

Optimized deploys AI agents into the operations that run the physical economy: the procurement and planning teams at Fortune 500 manufacturers and government organizations. Every deployment lives or dies on the technical work of wiring our agents into a customer\'s systems and data, and we need a deployment engineer to own that work in the field. As a Deployment Engineer, you\'ll work alongside our Deployments Lead to take implementations from kickoff to go-live: building the integrations, shaping the data, configuring agents to each customer\'s processes, and debugging whatever stands between a promising pilot and reliable production. You\'ll spend real time inside customer operations and grow fast across both the technology and the supply chain domain. Compensation range for this role is $150,000 - $200,000 + equity. What you\'ll do Build the integrations: You\'ll connect our agents to customer ERP and planning systems, mapping messy, real-world data into something our agents can use reliably. Configure agents to the customer: You\'ll translate each customer\'s procurement and planning processes into agent workflows, then tune them until they hold up in production. Debug in the field: You\'ll be the person who figures out why something isn\'t working in a live environment and gets it fixed, quickly and calmly. Support go-live and hypercare: You\'ll help drive UAT, cutover, and the first weeks in production, keeping deployments stable while users build trust. Close the loop with engineering: You\'ll turn what you hit in the field into clear, prioritized feedback that makes the product and our tooling better. What you\'ll bring Have 3+ years in a hands-on technical role such as implementation, solutions, integration, or software engineering Are comfortable with APIs, SQL, and scripting (Python or similar), and can reason about data models and integrations Have shipped work in real customer or production environments, not just internal prototypes Can communicate clearly with both technical teams and non-technical operators Are resourceful and calm under pressure, and you like being the one who makes things work Bonus: exposure to supply chain, procurement, or planning systems (o9, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, SAP, Coupa, Anaplan, Celonis, or similar) #J-18808-Ljbffr
