Ranked among Forbes' Largest Private Companies, they combine technology innovation with a commitment to operational excellence, serving hundreds of industry-leading brands globally.Job DescriptionAs a Site Logistics Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in supporting data center operations by managing the physical and system-based movement, storage, and tracking of devices and consumable materials. This full-time position works Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, and is essential to maintaining inventory accuracy, material availability, and operational continuity across data center environments. You'll coordinate directly with operations teams to ensure smooth material flow and support the efficiency of our client's mission-critical infrastructure.Duties And ResponsibilitiesReceive and process deliveries of devices and consumable materials both physically and within inventory systemsEnsure materials are secured and stored appropriately at the time of deliveryExpedite shipments and perform ad hoc physical material verification through warehouse facilitiesMaintain and organize storage areas to support operational efficiency and quick accessCreate and manage physical project pallets for coordinated movement and distributionPull, prepare, and coordinate shipment of materials to other sites and warehousesSupport and appropriately escalate emergent data center operations material requests and urgent mattersPerform inventory accuracy activities, including weekly device inventory scansExecute cycle counts within the inventory system according to scheduled ABC analysisConduct discrepancy investigations for onsite and warehouse inventory variancesComplete physical and system-based return-to-stock activities and rack transactionsManage post-project unused material return-to-stock processesRequired Experience/SkillsDemonstrated experience in logistics, warehouse operations, inventory management, or data center supportAbility to perform physical tasks including lifting, moving, and organizing equipment and materials regularlyStrong attention to detail with a focus on inventory accuracy and process adherenceAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with operations and logistics teamsStrong organizational and time management skillsBasic computer skills with comfort working in inventory or asset management systemsKnowledge of standard office productivity toolsNice-to-HavesPrevious experience in a data center environmentFamiliarity with warehouse management systems (WMS)Experience with ABC inventory analysisForklift certification or material handling equipment operationExperience with inventory cycle counting and reconciliation proceduresEducationHigh school diploma or equivalent; warehouse/logistics certification a plus.Pay & Benefits Summary$25.00/hour | Full-time position with 40 hours per week | Contract role (6+ months)Apply Now!This is a great opportunity to advance your logistics career in a fast-paced data center environment with a major technology provider.
