Role:- Recruiter II Location:- Chicago IL USA 60661 (Looking for local candidates only) Duration:- Contract Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. 2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a corporate/in-house environment. Experience recruiting for a range of technical and/or corporate roles (e.g., Software Engineering, Hardware/Electrical Engineering, IT, Sales, Finance, Product Management). Proven ability to utilize and master an Applicant Tracking System (Workday preferred) and other recruiting technology. Experience recruiting within the technology, public safety, or telecommunications industries. Prior experience working in a global or matrixed organizational structure. A strong understanding of OFCCP and EEO compliance. Certification in an assessment tool (e.g., behavioral interviewing, competency modeling). Experience leveraging data and metrics to track performance and inform recruiting strategy. Proficient in leveraging AI-driven recruitment technologies and sourcing automation tools to streamline candidate identification, outreach, and workflow efficiency.
