This will involve comprehensive biopsychosocialassessments for the intake and pertinent assessment tools for treatment planning. Theprovider will work with individual and group modalities, utilizing eclectic therapeutictools.List of duties include, but not limited to: 1.Provide initial intakes assessments and evaluations for clients.2.Develop comprehensive, individualized treatment plans with clients.3.Provide groups for community when requested and/or necessary.4.Work with agency staff, family members and community agencies in order to coordinate treatment for clients. 5.Maintain records in accordance with agency and licensure regulations.6.Participate in administrative and clinical supervision.7.Maintain an adequate active case load of clients. 8.Maintain a good working relationship with other agencies.9.Serve as a good role model for the community.10.Must conduct themselves in an appropriate professional manner at all times.11. Conduct telehealth sessions via online platform, when necessary. 12. Conduct home visits, when necessary and applicable. 13.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications:• Master's Degree in Mental Health, Social Work, or related field.• State licensure required. LCPC, LCPC-c, LCSW, or LMSW-cc• Proficient in completing intake assessments, writing treatment plans andprogress notes.• Participate in administrative and clinical supervision.• Knowledge of substance abuse, trauma informed care, and child development.• Knowledge and ability to follow ethical guidelines and maintain good boundaries.• Great teamwork skills.• Good interpersonal communication skills.• Computer proficient.Work Type:Permanent, FullWho May Apply?All Groups of Qualified IndividualsGet Details & Apply:
