Automotive Biller

Planet Ford Dallas has an outstanding opportunity for a full time results-focused and driven Biller.The ideal candidate will:Receive all deals from New, Pre-Owned and Finance DepartmentsVerify deal contents and communicate with Sales & F&I team for items needed for compliance and accuracyDistribute lender packets for funding through RouteOneIssue and overnight checks for payoffs on trade-insPost all sales transactions to accounting and dealership DMS.Maintain multiple schedules including; Contract in Transit, Incentives, Payoff's, etc..Assist with other functions in accounting as neededRequirements: Automotive Accounting and Reynolds & Reynolds experience strongly preferredSome billing experience preferred, but not required. Willing to train the right person.Computer proficiency requiredDetail orientedAbility to work with little supervision with a sense of urgency to meet deadlinesValid Texas Drivers LicenseAbility to pass pre-employment screenings including background and drug screenWe strive for a superior customer experience and believe our Associates should have the same superior experience.
