As part of this team, you will service our family office clients in multiple areas of their tax compliance:Prepare individual, trust, gift, and partnership tax returns Assist with tax planning for the preparation of quarterly estimated tax payments Assist with tax audits, notices, and tax research projects Take ownership of tasks and be able to work with others to prioritize work assignments Handle multiple engagements at one time and meet deadlines Produce deliverables that are clear, concise, thorough, and of professional quality Dedicated to meeting and exceeding the expectations and requirements of all clients Handle routine client tax questions, research tax issues, and work with clients to collect necessary information for tax return completion and compliance Stay current on new tax legislation Other tax duties and responsibilities as neededQualifications: Education and Experience:Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting 1-2 years of experience with individual, trust and partnership income tax returns Experience with CCH Axcess or ProSystem Fx is preferred Financial Services or Family Office experience is a plus CPA and/or MS in Taxation is a plusSkills:Candidates should be prepared to meet challenging client requirements and provide value-added services Possess strong communication (both oral and written), interpersonal, and analytical skills Strong technical skills in accounting, tax preparation and research experience a plus Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while keeping clients and members of the team informed Must be comfortable working collaboratively in a small corporate office with strong organization skills and careful attention to detail Experienced with Microsoft Excel and Adobe Looking to pay $75,000 to $100,000
