The ideal candidate has strong people-oriented strategic and operational planning skills, a data-driven mindset, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.RESPONSIBILITIESRecruiting and New Hire ExperienceLead external recruitment searches, including programmatic hiring, and develop tailored strategic search plans for junior- to mid-level investment and portfolio group positionsAct as key liaison for candidate relationships through a high-touch approach; proactively build and manage pipelines with agency partners and deliver best-in-class interview experiences for candidates and interview teamsDrive end-to-end recruiting processes, including talent assessment, interviewer prep, feedback collection, candidate debrief facilitation, reference checks, offer generation and sell strategiesApply a data-driven approach to evaluate recruiting strategy and identify opportunities for continuous improvement using results, benchmarks, campus metrics, and competitive insightsProvide high level oversight of campus recruiting strategy (internships and full time), including marketing and brand-building effortsDrive onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition and integration for new hiresLead Executive Assistant recruiting effortsTalent Management and DevelopmentOversee semi-annual performance review cycles and compensation process, in partnership with HRBP and senior leadership, including synthesizing development themes, driving action planning, supporting performance messaging and review delivery, and ensuring effective Workday executionDevelop and support the training agenda for investment staff at both the individual and group levels in collaboration with senior leadershipDesign and deliver training and people initiatives, including the development of new programs and enhancement of existing offeringsLead and manage the Analyst and Associate programs, owning the end-to-end experience, long-term talent planning, and senior leadership engagementProvide high-level oversight of Summer Analyst program in partnership with other HR team membersCultureActively contribute to initiatives that foster a culture of collaboration and apprenticeshipOwn the Analyst/Associate experience by leading a regular cadence of check-ins to assess engagement and employee experience and translating insights into recommendations to HRBP and leadership team as it relates to development, mentorship, etc.Serve as a thought partner to HRBP on employee surveys, analyzing qualitative and quantitative data to generate insights and inform action planningSupport event planning throughout the year, including offsites, holiday parties, and teambuilding activitiesQUALIFICATIONS12+ years post-undergraduate experience in human resources, recruiting, and/or talent management; professional services experience preferredPassionate people-oriented professional motivated to develop talent and help others succeedCollaborative team player who partners effectively with colleagues at all levels and actively contributes ideas and perspectiveStrong ownership mindset with the ability to independently lead projects end-to-end in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong organization, attention to detail, adaptability to shifting priorities and deadlines, and willingness to work outside regular business hours as neededProactive, creative problem-solver with a continuous improvement mindset and the ability to identify issues, analyze root causes both qualitatively and quantitatively, and pursue solutions with rigorStrong written and verbal communicator, with the ability to deliver clear, answer-first, synthesized messages; poised speaker and active, empathetic listenerAbility to handle confidential information with discretionProficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point required; familiarity with Workday a plusCompensation:Expected Annual Base Salary $170,000 - $195,000Actual base salary will be determined by a wide range of factors including but not limited to role, function, level, experience, qualifications and geographic location. In addition to a competitive base salary, this position may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus based upon factors such as individual impact, team and firm performance.
