Our projects include site development, underground utilities, roadway construction, and public infrastructure work throughout the Tampa Bay area.We are seeking an experienced Concrete Paver Foreman to lead and supervise concrete paving operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating and managing crews working with GOMACO concrete paving equipment and possess a strong understanding of concrete paving, grade control, finishing, and quality control.## Requirements* Lead and supervise concrete paving crews on roadway, commercial, and municipal projects.* Operate and oversee GOMACO paving equipment, including slipform pavers and support equipment.* Coordinate concrete placement, grade control, paving operations, and finishing activities.* Read and interpret project plans, specifications, and grade stakes.* Ensure proper concrete placement, finishing, and curing procedures.* Monitor production rates and maintain project schedules.* Perform quality control inspections.* Conduct daily safety meetings and enforce safety policies.* Coordinate labor, equipment, and materials.* Communicate effectively with project teams and inspectors.Qualifications* Minimum 3 years of concrete paving experience; foreman experience preferred.* Experience operating and/or supervising both GOMACO and Power Curber equipment is required.* Strong knowledge of concrete paving methods, grade control systems, and finishing techniques.* Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.* Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship.* Valid driver's license preferred.**Schedule**Monday through Saturday**Pay**Competitive pay based on experience.Benefits:* 401(k)* 401(k) matching* Dental insurance* Employee assistance program* Flexible spending account* Health insurance* Health savings account* Life insurance* Paid time off* Referral program* Vision insurance #J-18808-Ljbffr
