FP&A Analyst
The RoleWe’re seeking a highly analytical Senior FP&A Analyst to drive financial planning, forecasting, and strategic decision-making across the business. This position is hybrid (2 days per week in SF or NY office) reporting to the Director of FP&A. The role will play a critical part in building scalable financial models, delivering actionable insights, and supporting leadership with data-driven recommendations as we enter our next phase of growth. You’ll partner cross-functionally with teams across the company to translate business performance into financial outcomes, improve forecasting accuracy, and help shape our long-term financial strategy.What You Will DoSupport the development and maintenance of company-wide financial models, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planningMaintain accurate headcount data to support planning and reportingAssist in the monthly and quarterly forecasting process, including variance analysis against budget and prior forecastsHelp build and maintain dashboards and reporting to track key financial and operational metricsCollaborate cross-functionally (Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, People) to align financial plans with business objectivesAssist in preparing materials for executive leadership and board reporting, including financial narratives and KPI analysisContribute to process improvements and help scale FP&A systems and tools, including exploring AI-enabled workflows to automate and enhance analysisWhat We Are Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field5+ years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or related finance rolesStrong financial modeling and analytical skills with attention to detailExperience supporting forecasts, budgets, and operating models in a high-growth environmentAdvanced proficiency in Google SheetsComfort using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Excel Copilot, or similar) to improve productivity, automate workflows, and enhance analysisAbility to synthesize complex data into clear insights and communicate effectively to stakeholdersTraits That Set You ApartExperience in a high-growth startup or SaaS environmentFamiliarity with financial systems (e.g., NetSuite) and HRIS platforms (e.g. Rippling)Experience supporting fundraising, board reporting, or strategic finance initiativesExposure to building or implementing AI-driven workflows or automations in financeWhy Join DoppelCompetitive compensation (base + equity)Meaningful equity so you share in Doppel’s successA hybrid working model with room for in-person collaboration and remote deep workFlexible PTO, comprehensive health benefits, parental leave, and moreA high-growth environment where your work has immediate impact and visibilitySalary Range: $95,000 USD - $125,000 USD
