Job Description & RequirementsEmergency Medicine PhysicianStartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $266.75 - $288.75This facility is seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.Details & requirements for this opportunity:Annual Volume: Approximately 32 patients per physician per shift; overall ED census ~65Physician shift times: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM – 7:00 AMNP/PA Coverage: Yes; APC shifts are 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM daily, and 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM Sunday & MondayBack up specialties available: Cardiology, General Surgery, GI, Nephrology, Neurology, OB/GYN, Pulmonology; on-site pulmonologist covers ICU (6 beds, open)EMR: CernerCertifications required: ACLS required; Board Certified or Board Eligible in ABEM, ABFM, or ABIMJob BenefitsAMN Healthcare typically arranges medical or dental malpractice insurance for the contractor providers we match to client opportunities.
