The role involves working on a diverse range of matters related to construction law + litigation. The Litigation Associate will be responsible for handling day-to-day legal tasks including drafting motions, representing clients in court, preparing for trials, and conducting depositions.Qualifications· Skills in law, courts, and trials· Experience in preparing and conducting depositions· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills· Excellent written and verbal communication skills· Ability to work independently and collaboratively· Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school· Admission to the California State Bar
