Cisco Webex Specialist (Integration & Business Support)We’re Hiring: Cisco Webex Specialist (Integration & Business Support)Location: 100% Remote (anywhere in Europe)Contract: B2B | Freelance onlyDuration: 6 monthsLanguage: English C1 (mandatory)About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Cisco Webex Specialist (Integration & Business Support) to act as the internal subject matter expert for Cisco Webex solutions delivered by a third-party provider. The role focuses on system integrations, business alignment, and end-user support, ensuring that Webex solutions—including Webex Contact Center—are seamlessly integrated into enterprise platforms and business processes.This is a fully remote, project-based role, ideal for a senior freelance consultant with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the internal SME for Cisco Webex solutions delivered by external vendorsLead and support the integration of Cisco Webex solutions, including Contact Center, with:Salesforce and other internal enterprise applicationsCollaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to:Define integration and business requirementsValidate proposed technical solutionsEnsure alignment with business needsSupport business users during implementation phases and post–go-live activitiesProvide troubleshooting, user support, and workflow optimizationCoordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)Contribute to documentation, training materials, and knowledge transferDrive adoption of Webex solutions across the organizationMonitor service performance and qualityAct as the key liaison between business teams, IT, and third-party delivery partnersSkills & Experience RequiredStrong hands-on experience with Cisco Webex solutionsExperience integrating Webex with Salesforce and/or other enterprise systemsKnowledge of Cisco Webex Contact Center capabilitiesProven experience working with third-party vendors and internal stakeholdersExperience supporting business users during implementation and post–go-live phasesStrong troubleshooting, coordination, and communication skillsAbility to work independently in a remote, freelance environmentFluent English (C1 level) – mandatoryNice to HaveExperience in enterprise or multi-country environmentsExposure to CRM, contact center, or omnichannel solutionsPrevious B2B or freelance consulting experienceWhy Join?Fully remote role within EuropeClearly defined six-month projectHigh business impact and visibilityFreelance-friendly B2B collaboration model
