Tool Clerk I

Shift: 10am-6:30pm Top (3) skills Punctual, reliable, fast learner Description: 1 year manufacturing environment experience * High school diploma or GED * Check work on the computer for the employees (tooling, grinding, machining), using the blueprints, entering work orders * Order tooling that is needed in the organization * Withdraw tools from stocks if necessary and adjust system of quantities * Forward request for tooling and prints to Tool Room for review * Update and distribute Hot Job report on a daily basis * Collect tooling Green Sheets from departments, pull and attach blueprints, then forward sheets to Tool Room for review * Pull and fill blank tooling requisitions for Tool Room * Update and maintain system with cancellations approved by departments * Quote outside venders * Work close with purchasing and engineering * Expedite tooling orders in the Tool Room as requested by departments * Complete if necessary, reports and graphs for tracking tool ordering and receipt times * Compare physical item to print of problem tools to ensure that information is correct (i.e. wrong tool numbers, identify tools, etc.) Skill/Knowledge: * High school diploma or GED * Steel toe shoes required Screening Requirements: "SSN Verification Education Verification (Highest Degree) Employment Verification (a minimum of 2 employers) National Criminal Search (7 year history) Federal Criminal Search (7 year history) Statewide Criminal Search (7 year history) Criminal County Search (7 year history) Office of Foreign Assets Control Check (OFAC) *MVR searches as may be required for particular roles MK Denial" 5 Panel (No THC) Physical Nesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
