We offer great benefits and are 100% employee-owned.This position performs routine construction inspection services for the Land Division supporting Project Managers.General Responsibilities:Observes and reports construction activities on assigned projectsMaintains daily job logBasic understanding of civil construction plans and specificationsParticipate in governmental and private final inspections and preparation of punch listsSupervised liaison between supervisor and contractorMust be open to work weekends Required Education/Licenses: High School educationRequired Experience:Related field experienceStrong communication skillsAble to perform basic algebra, geometry, and trigonometry calculationsBasic computer skills including word and excelPhysical Requirements:Driving to and from various outside meetingsInspect land development project sitesAble to work under exposure to inclement weather conditions
