About the Opportunity:The Software Developer, B2B Applications – Full Stack is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining modern web applications that support business growth within the organization. This role involves working across the technology stack, contributing to both new and existing products, and ensuring the continuous improvement and automation of technology solutions. The position plays a key role in evolving the platform and supporting the transition from legacy systems to modern architectures.3. Responsibilities:• Design, develop, and maintain web applications as part of platform evolution.• Build, test, deploy, and iterate on technology products for internal and external users.• Utilize front-end, backend, cloud services, and DevOps skills to improve and automate processes.• Support legacy systems and facilitate their transition to modern architectures.• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.• Apply problem-solving and sound judgment in a fast-paced development environment.4. Requirements:• Five or more years of professional software development experience.• Proficiency in backend development using Java or Python.• Familiarity with SQL and database fundamentals.• Strong understanding of modern web standards, accessibility, and security best practices.• Ability and willingness to learn new technologies and frameworks.• Capability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as React and JavaScript.• Experience with GitHub Copilot or Claude Code is a plus.5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:• Salary range is $100,000 to $115,000 per year, commensurate with experience.• Positions are eligible for an annual profit award or bonus based on company results.6.
