The clinic is located in a medical office building connected to the hospital, providing ease of access for both outpatient and inpatient care. The facility features three state-of-the-art catheterization labs situated between a 20-bed critical care unit and surgical services, ensuring comprehensive cardiac care. Responsibilities: Diagnose and treat patients with cardiovascular disease, congenital, and structural heart conditions Perform catheter-based procedures in a cutting-edge interventional cardiology program Collaborate with a highly experienced team to provide patient-centered cardiac care Qualifications: MD or DO degree (or foreign equivalent) Eligibility for a West Virginia medical license Completion of an accredited Internal Medicine residency and fellowships in General Cardiology and Interventional Cardiology Board Certified or Board Eligible in General and Interventional Cardiology by the American Board of Internal Medicine All qualifications must be met at the time of appointment Compensation & Benefits: Hospital-employed position with guaranteed base salary plus bonus incentives Comprehensive health benefits provided 403(b) retirement match program with 457(b) plan options Continuing Medical Education (CME) allowance and dedicated time off Short-term disability plan covering 100% of base salary for up to six months Significant recruitment incentives with an initial multi-year contract About the Area: Bridgeport, West Virginia, is a growing community offering an exceptional quality of life with a low cost of living, excellent schools, and a strong sense of community.
