TheControllerwill oversee daily accounting operations, financial reporting, and internal controls while partnering closely with leadership to ensure financial accuracy and stability.ThisControllerrole requires a hands-on accounting leader who can manage the general ledger, drive month-end close, and maintain strong compliance practices. The idealControllerwill be detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities of the ControllerOversee general ledger, journal entries, and account reconciliationsLead month-end and year-end close processesPrepare and analyze monthly financial statementsManage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll oversightMaintain strong internal controls and ensure GAAP complianceAssist with budgeting and forecasting processesCoordinate with external auditors and support annual auditMonitor cash flow and support financial planning initiativesQualifications for the ControllerBachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance5+ years of progressive accounting experiencePrior experience as a Senior Accountant, Accounting Manager, orControllerStrong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standardsExperience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skillsProven ability to manage deadlines and improve processes#INMAR2026Click here to apply online
