Project Executive - Commercial Electrical Construction - Miami, FLA Project Executive is responsible for overseeing multiple large-scale projects and providing direct leadership to project managers. This role collaborates closely with the Estimating team during the preconstruction phase and works alongside the Preconstruction Department to engage with owners, architects/engineers, suppliers, and subcontractors to address constructability and value engineering considerations during negotiations and contract execution. The Project Executive ensures all responsibilities are carried out in alignment with company values, policies, and standards, while delivering projects that meet client expectations for safety, quality, and profitability.Responsibilities:Reviewing owner contracts to ensure complianceManaging the development of master project schedules and quality control programsIdentifying critical issues and key milestonesReviewing and approving budgets and project scopes with the Preconstruction DepartmentAnticipating and forecasting potential cost impactsEnsuring safety is fully integrated into planning and executionOverseeing the development of GMP or lump sum contractsEvaluating subcontractors' financial capability to performLeading weekly and monthly job cost reviewsDeveloping look-ahead schedulesOverseeing the project's quality control programRequirements:High school diploma or GED required; a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, construction management, or a related field preferredMinimum of 10 years of experience with an electrical subcontractor in a management roleProficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and BluebeamStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAdvanced understanding of safety regulations, scheduling, cost control, quality management, and construction documentationIf this role is of interest please reach out to kieran.hitchen@gryphonoakwood.com for a confidential call or apply directly via the link above.
