IT Program Manager :
Primary Skills: Technical Program Management (Expert), Infrastructure/Cloud Operations (Expert), Agile/Scrum (Advanced), JIRA/Confluence (Advanced), Risk Management (Expert) Contract Type: W2 Only Duration: 8+ Months Location: Santa Clara, CA (Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite/Week) Pay Range: $80 - $85 on W2 Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead infrastructure and technical operations initiatives across enterprise systems, cloud, network, and security environments. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing large-scale technical programs, driving cross-functional collaboration, and implementing Agile methodologies to deliver operational improvements, infrastructure modernization, and process optimization. Key Responsibilities: Lead infrastructure and technical operations programs from planning through execution. Manage multiple concurrent projects involving enterprise systems, cloud, network, and security initiatives. Drive cross-functional collaboration, project planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication. Lead Agile ceremonies, program reviews, and dependency management across engineering teams. Develop project roadmaps, SOPs, and best practices to improve operational efficiency. Monitor project progress, mitigate risks, and provide executive-level status reporting. Identify opportunities to automate workflows and improve internal tools and processes. Must-have Skills: 7+ years of Technical Program or Program Management experience. Experience managing infrastructure, cloud, network, compute, or IT operations programs. Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management best practices. Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Asana, or similar Agile tools. Proven ability to lead cross-functional technical teams and enterprise initiatives. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and executive presentation skills. Excellent problem-solving, conflict resolution, and risk management abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Nice-to-have Skills: Experience with enterprise infrastructure modernization or cloud transformation initiatives. Knowledge of information security, networking, and enterprise applications. Experience developing operational processes, governance, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Experience driving automation and workflow optimization across IT operations.
