Summary: The Senior Human Resources Manager serves as the team lead for all personnel and manpower management functions supporting the F-35 Joint Program Office (JPO). This position provides strategic oversight of workforce planning, personnel lifecycle management, and manpower optimization to ensure alignment with mission requirements. Senior HR Manager is responsible for a team of HR Specialist and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) support specialist Key ResponsibilitiesLead FMS-funded manpower planning and staffing strategyOversee integration of personnel requirements across:International partnersS.
