Field Service Engineer

Our team plays a key role in delivering complex, high-tech multi-service projects.Position Overview: We are seeking Entry Level and Experienced Field Service Engineers for our Chandler location. In this role, you will receive training on the installation, servicing, and maintenance of semiconductor equipment in a cleanroom environment. Initial travel is required for product specific training for a 3 week period.This is a full-time position with full benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and paid holidays.Key Responsibilities:Provide high-quality on-site repair and maintenance of complex electro-mechanical systems, including replacing defective units and components.Install or relocate customer equipment and perform start-up and check-out procedures under supervision.Utilize diagnostic techniques and test equipment, with guidance from senior engineers, to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.Ensure complete customer satisfaction, assist with planning and coordinating support plans, and adhere to all safety procedures.Participate in project management tasks, shadow experienced engineers to gain certifications, and maintain required records and reports.Requirements:Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.Professionalism and excellent customer interaction abilities.Valid driver’s license.Proficiency in MS Office.Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.Flexibility with shifts, as they may vary based on customer needs.Educational & Experience Requirements:Experienced: 2+ years of experience in maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of semiconductor capital equipment.Associates degree in electronics, engineering, or a related field preferred; bachelor’s degree or military service in a relevant technical role is a plus.Physical Requirements:Ability to work in confined spaces, awkward positions, and at heights.Manual dexterity and ability to lift/carry objects up to 35 pounds.Potential for bending, stooping, crawling, and climbing.Use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and adherence to safety procedures when dealing with hazardous elements.Travel Requirements:Willingness to travel up to 3 weeks for initial training.Approved travel expenses are covered.Job Type:Full-time, PermanentWhy Join Us?
