This is an excellent opportunity for someone with manufacturing experience who enjoys hands-on work and being part of a collaborative production environment.In this role, you will operate and monitor power press equipment used in the production process while ensuring quality and safety standards are consistently met.What You'll DoOperate power press machinery to support daily production needsLoad materials and components into press equipmentMonitor machine operation to ensure safe and efficient performanceInspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality specificationsMaintain a clean and organized work areaWork closely with team members and supervisors to meet production goalsPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift up to 30 lbs regularly (team lift required for heavier items)Ability to stand for extended periods during 10-hour shiftsComfortable working in a manufacturing/production environmentScheduleEnjoy a consistent 4-day work weekMonday – Thursday: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PMFridays: Overtime may be available depending on production needsPay$19.00 – $20.00 per hour, depending on experienceQualificationsPrevious manufacturing or machine operation experience preferredExperience operating press equipment or similar machinery is a plusStrong attention to detail and safety awarenessAbility to work in a team-oriented production environmentReliable attendance and strong work ethicThis is a great opportunity to join a stable manufacturing team with consistent hours and opportunities for overtime.Pay Details: $19.00 to $20.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
