Loads are planned ahead of time, helping reduce downtime and keeping transitions between runs smooth so drivers are not waiting on last-minute dispatch.Pay ranges from $1,250 to $1,450 per week depending on miles and performance, with a $1,200 weekly pay protection available when eligibility requirements are met. Paychecks are issued every Friday, and the consistency of these lanes helps maintain stable weekly income.Drivers are assigned 2019 or newer Freightliner Cascadia tractors with automatic transmission, APUs, inverters, refrigerator space, and double bunk sleeper setups. Hotel and meals are provided, and orientation pay is included with the first paycheck.
