Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Representative. The Representative will handle outreach, engage with union members, educate them about available benefits, and assist in their enrollment in supplemental insurance programs. The role entails maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring trust and excellent service, and providing comprehensive support to match members with the best coverage options tailored to their needs. Qualifications Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients from diverse backgroundsStrong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple client interactions and maintain accurate recordsProactive approach to educating clients, answering questions, and addressing concerns with clarity and professionalismProblem-solving and decision-making ability to identify suitable insurance benefits for individual client needsExperience in customer service, insurance, or client relations is a plusComfortable with remote work environments; capable of self-management and independent productivityBasic proficiency with digital tools and software for documentation and communicationValid insurance license or willingness to obtain one (training and support will be provided for licensing)
