This role requires professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to support multiple departments as needed.Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Duties include, but are not limited to:)Answer and transfer incoming calls using a multi-line phone system, starting promptly at 8:00 a.m. and continuing through 5:00 p.m., maintaining professionalism at all timesGreet and assist visitors in a professional, friendly, and hospitable mannerType memos, take notes, prepare correspondence, and assist with asset entry in the designated systemPerform a variety of clerical and administrative tasksComplete daily data entry accurately and efficientlyMaintain regular communication with the direct supervisorSupport team members with daily tasks as neededMonitor and maintain office supply inventory; anticipate needs, place and expedite orders, and verify deliveriesAssist the shop, when necessary, by picking up orders or purchasing suppliesDemonstrate and promote alignment with company core values in daily activitiesContribute to the overall team effort by completing related tasks and responsibilitiesQualificationsHigh School Diploma/GED or higher education level is preferredValid driver’s license preferredBilingual (English/Spanish) is helpful but not requiredJob Skills and CompetenciesStrong work ethic and high level of integrityExcellent communication, organizational, and observational skillsEffective problem-solving abilities with sound judgmentAbility to manage daily assignments and meet deadlines independentlyExceptional attention to detail and accuracyProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)ScheduleMonday to Friday8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
