Test Automation Lead

Job Description - PLEASE PROVIDE / ATTACH JOB DESCRIPTION • Experienced in, o Python programming language o Test tool - Froglogic Squish or any other tool with BDD + Python o Project Methodology - Agile, Jira o Test Management tool - Jira Xray o Exposure to ERP-Plan tools such as OMP or nay other similar applications in previous projects • Strong experience in managing automation test projects • Team lead experience with offshore - onshore model • Client facing with strong written and verbal communication Responsibilities: • Develop test strategies, plans, and maintain automation test data • Implement QA process and Automated testing for all the work streams to improve the overall testing cycle. • Participate in the development and support of the testing program aimed at supporting multiple testing efforts simultaneously • Identify testable events and develop the test cases / test scripts. • Identify and capture test data to support the test cases defined by the testing team • Execute Regression Test Pack using frontend & backend test scripts using test tools • Continuously improve automated tests as new system features and enhancements are developed • Participate in multiple meetings with IT owners, business owners and product or team members. • Response to technical queries, Document Planning activities, Offshore coordination • Ensure the appropriate test environments and infrastructures are in place and kept up to date • Mentor Junior QA engineers in the use of the testing framework • Contribute to accurate time estimates for automation test development and test execution Hours : 8:00am to 5:00pm Education : Additional Job Details : Onsite - Raritan, NJ
