For our client, we are seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager - FEIC ASIC Development - Terawave to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space. This role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a Aerospace & Defense environment.Location: San Francisco, CA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship availableCompensation: $249,235 – $348,928 annuallyResponsibilities Drive parallel development of FEIC chipsets from architecture definition through tapeout and silicon production Build and maintain integrated schedules across multiple design services vendors and partners Coordinate closure of architecture trades and frequency planning Track and mitigate risks related to vendor schedules and design strategies Align FEIC specifications and analog interface definitions for system-level compatibility Manage antenna co-development to ensure electrical compatibility with end-products Monitor performance, power, and yield targets during development phases Oversee post-silicon development including bring-up and production rampQualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering 10+ years in technical program management or RF/mixed-signal semiconductor development 5+ years managing RFIC or mixed-signal ASIC programs from specification through tapeout and silicon bring-up Experience coordinating development across multiple design vendors and process technologies simultaneously Demonstrated expertise in technical risk identification and program planning for analog/RF systemsBenefits Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance options Paid parental leave and short/long-term disability 401(k) with up to 5% company match Stock options for regular employees Up to four weeks paid time off annually and 14 company-paid holidaysOur client is an equal opportunity employer.
