Electronics Technician (Power Electronics & Testing)
Position: Electronics Technician Location: Walpole, MASalary Range: $65K - $90K (DOE)Key Responsibilities:Troubleshoot, test, and repair UPS systems and power electronics down to the component levelSet up and operate electronic test equipment to diagnose product defectsDocument failure symptoms, repair actions, and test resultsAnalyze repair data to identify trends and support root cause analysisPartner with sustaining and design engineers to resolve product issues and implement improvementsSupport continuous improvement efforts by identifying recurring defects and recommending corrective actionsAssist in training and mentoring junior techniciansFollow ISO procedures and production quality standardsRead and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and mechanical drawingsSupport engineering changes and product updates (ECOs)Qualifications:Associate's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or equivalent technical training3+ years of experience testing and repairing power electronics at the component levelHands-on experience with oscilloscopes, multimeters, power analyzers, and electronic loadsStrong soldering skills, including SMT componentsAbility to read and interpret schematics and technical drawingsExperience with troubleshooting tools and software (e.g., serial communication tools like PuTTY or HyperTerminal)Familiarity with 8D or similar structured problem-solving methodsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentProficiency with Microsoft Office, especially ExcelBenefitsCompetitive SalaryMedical InsuranceVision InsuranceDental Insurance401kPaid Holidays Email Your Resume In Word ToNate.Paules@CyberCoders.comLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
