Through collaborative planning and a fun, supportive environment, we empower Individuals to thrive at home and in the community.About The RoleThe County Manager Assistant plays a key role in keeping daily operations running smoothly by supporting the County Manager and front office functions. This position manages communications, maintains accurate records in internal systems, and helps drive administrative projects that support both local and main office teams.Essential Responsibilities & DutiesSupport daily operations through front office coordination, including phones, walk-ins, and general inquiriesMaintain accurate data and documentation in systems such as Salesforce and MITCAssist with administrative projects, reporting, and recordkeepingSupport DSP staffing efforts, including communication, scheduling support, and outreachHelp ensure compliance by assisting with policy review and documentation practicesBuild and maintain professional relationships with individuals served, families, staff, and community partnersAssist with drafting, reviewing, and organizing records to ensure accuracy and timelinessContribute to an organized, responsive, and efficient work environmentComplete additional tasks and projects as assignedWork Environment & ExpectationsThis role operates in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with frequent communication and coordination.
